The application in question functions as a database of customers, their loan packages from the past and marketing functions such as mailings and tickler lists. Second, it was designed to be a "kitchen tabletop" application, one which a broker can use to quickly evaluate a potential customer's financial position and "what-if" various solutions. It will then print out the various possibilities, as well as important contractural documents on the spot.
I designed an internet web site for Paul's speaking career. This site is unfinished; we are in a secondary design phase as we speak. It is inked here.
This project required me to develop a firm grasp of the mortgage brokerage industry and the customers for it. Modeling of both the broker's business and the condition of the customer was required, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the structure of loan products and their impact on the situation.
